1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only if:
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size or color preference issues
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale or discounted items

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
